About the Tutor
Cindy
Since her residence in Germany in 2019, Cindy started CCLW Learning Center to teach German A1 language learners for Filipinos. She is a chemist by profession who worked for more than 10 years in an international research institute as a researcher and science communicator.
Now, she is helping visa applicants achieve their goal of passing the German A1 certification and live, work or study here in Germany.
Teaching Style
Cindy believes in the traditional way of teaching and learning. Though slide presentations are available during class and hand-outs are given, she encourages her students to write since writing is a helpful tool in language assimilation.

- Student must ensure a physical copy of the book and has downloaded the audio files in preparation of the class.
- Student must also ensure stable internet connection.
- Student must always complete their homework to ensure the success of the course and the schedule.
- Class Schedule is given before the first session. Since this is a group class, in the case where a student won't be able to attend the class, notify the learning center in advance. A link for the recorded session of the missed class will be provided and the student will be given a homework to make up for the lost session.
- Recorded class sessions will be available in case the students cannot attend the class. The link to these will be accessible for 3 months for free. If you want to extend your access to another 3 months for a fee, kindly notify the learning center.
- All classes are via Skype. An email reminder is sent few days before each class.
- Student must also sign the class attendance right after entering the online classroom.
